REGENCY AT MONROE – NEWS UPDATE – SEPTEMBER 2, 2017

A CHANGE IN WHAT INFORMATION I WILL SEND OUT

Over the years I’ve noticed that I’ve probably sold more items then EBAY or TICKETRON.

So, to make things a little easier for myself, I will sell for residents just two things:

1. TICKETS TO SHOWS OR CLUBHOUSE ACTIVITIES THAT YOU CAN’T ATTEND.  THIS HELPS THE SELLER AS WELL AS THE BUYER

2. TIMESHARES, WHETHER RENTING OR SELLING

If someone wants to just make something available as a FREE ITEM, I would have no problem sending this out.

I know that when residents move they want to sell those items that they don’t need.  However, I have to stop because it then shows others that if I sell something like furniture for one person then someone else might ask for it to be done as well.

Grandparents Day at the Senior Center Saturday Sept 16th

To all, we need to get as many people there to put Greenstein, Benson and DeAngelo on the spot. WE WANT ANSWERS TO THEIR LACK OF HELP GETTING THE MONROE TWP BD OF ED THEIR FAIR SHARE IN FUNDING, that would cut our property taxes greatly. Or the fact that they voted for the $.23 per gallon increase in fuel without any discussion or compromise and their lack of consideration for the Seniors of their district.

Ira Nelson, Steve Birnbaum, Maryann and Carol DeHaan we need support from your communities of residents who are fed up with the status quo.

Please attend the free lunch at the Senior Center Saturday Sept 16th at 12:00 to 3:00. E-Mail me names and addresses so I can RSVP.

Thanks for your support.
