Look at all those cars parked in front of the new REGENCY MALL. You can’t see inside from the picture but it has beautiful gardens where customers can walk around. It also lights up and displays what it sells through the windows.

STEVE RIBACK (REGENCY RESIDENT IS RUNNING FOR THE BOARD OF EDUCATION
WOW! I am really happy to announce the Steve Riback will be running for the Board of Education. If anyone is going to do their best in trying to get our fair share State Aid for Education, Steve will be the man.
Regency must come out to support Steven Riback, a Regency resident, for re-election to the Board of Education in November.. Steve is #1 on the ballot. From unnecessary spending and operational inefficiencies, to a lack of fair state aid from Trenton, balancing a fiscal responsibility with instructional needs are challenges Steve is proud to champion.
For the last three years, Steve has served on the Monroe Board of Education, with one year as president. Currently working as a member of two Ad Hoc committees: Fair Funding and Growth and Facilities, he is also serving on the Negotiations Committee and Curriculum and Personnel Committees. Working with his fellow board members and central administration, they were able to oversee budgets that lowered the education tax rate in each of the past three years, yet keeping our school system as one to be proud of.
Steve retired after 37 years in education (21 as a teacher and 16 as a school administrator). He testified before the N.J. State Assembly’s Budget Committee to fight for more state aid and attended a recent rally at the State House in Trenton. He advocated broadening professional development for teachers so that a switch to a platform other than the iPad would be seamless. Steve served on a Middle States Review team to determine accreditation for schools.
I am proud to support Steve for School Board and urge you to do so as well. Vote #1 in November.

AN EMAIL FROM MARK KLEIN AND THE MONROE TOWNSHIP RESIDENTS FOR FAIR SHARE FUNDING (STATE AID FOR EDUCATION)
Please pass on to all residents of your communities and your friends. Greenstein, Benson and DeAngelo do not deserve our votes in November they just don’t care about us or our overtaxed situation. We ask as we see other school districts suing for more state aid, why isn’t our Board of Ed not joining other districts in a lawsuit. We receive much less than many of the other districts who will be suing. We cannot stay quiet and must get our fair share, and more than the State flawed formula of $9 million for Monroe Twp. well below a district with over 6,500 students. As I have said I feel we should be getting at least $40 million.
RATHER THAN EXPENDING OUR ENERGIES ON THE LEGISLATORS, WHY ARE WE NOT CHALLENGING THE BOARD OF ED. IT APPEARS THAT THE BOARD OF ED IN THE OTHER DISTRICTS CONTINUE TO SUE FOR A LARGER SHARE OF THE PIE. GRANTED WE HAVE A FLAWED SYSTEM THAT STARTED A NUMBER OF YEARS BACK BUT IT HAS NOT GOTTEN ANY BETTER WITH A CHANGE IN LEADERSHIP EITHER. WE SHOULD BE MAKING MORE NOISE WITH THE BOARD OF ED AND ITS REPRESENTATIVES WHO CONTROL OUR DISTRICT.
SPARE PATIO SCREEN DOOR:
I have a spare sliding screen door for a 5 ft. patio slider. If anyone could use it, call Ira at 732-521-5469.
