A MESSAGE FROM THE REGENCY HADASSAH
JOIN REGENCY HADASSAH ON MONDAY, MARCH 19 AT 7PM IN THE BALLROOM AT THE CLUBHOUSE TO WATCH THE UNDENIABLY POWERFUL On July 16, 1942, French police carried out an extensive raid on Jews in greater Paris, resulting in the arrest of more than 13,000 people — including 4,000 children. After spending several miserable days in the Vélodrome d’Hiver stadium at the apex of summer with little food or water, families were deported to internment camps elsewhere in France and then finally to Auschwitz. With its emotionally astute and sensitive exploration of a long taboo subject in France — Jacques Chirac issued a public apology to the citizens of France only in 1995 — the raid, its political backdrop and the exquisite and poignant beauty of Paris during war time are brought to stirring life in writer-director Rose Bosch’s new French cinema classic.
THIS PROGRAM IS OPEN TO ALL, SPOUSES AND FRIENDS BUT PLEASE RSVP SO WE CAN PREPARE APPROPRIATELY TO GENIA AT 732-656- 4525/ E-MAIL TO

LAND FOR NEW SCHOOL
A question came up regarding the word “condemned” in my last email with respect to the Township taking over the land where the Applegarth Golf Driving range was located. This land was going to be used for the new Middle School.
Here is the reply I received from Charlie DiPierro (Councilman)
Ron, Township took the land thru condemnation and eminent domain as per NJ laws allows government to do. The land has some wetlands but enough land for school, parking lot & recreation areas. As far as I know there is nothing wrong with the land. However thru eminent domain any business on land gets 0 for value.
NOT RECEIVING MY EMAILS?
A few residents have written me that they haven’t received my emails. I found many reasons for this happening. Sometimes my emails go into your SPAM or JUNK folders, so please check. Also, please add rpost@monmouth.com into your email address book.
There are times that someone’s email address just drops off because I see it on my Master list but it isn’t on my GoDaddy list.
Since this represents just a handful of residents, the easiest way of correcting it is just to send out a regular email to these residents copying the message that is going out in GoDaddy. So, any problems, please let me know
